Bird of prey id please

I can't figure this one out. Is it a young one or an adult hawk of some kind. I don't have anything in my book that matches.

I would with an asterisk. I don't think they are too common. Lets call @ZombiesniperJr to confirm it is a morph red-tail.

Would this be a morph Logan? He was very white. His breast was almost a solid white. I never seen one quite like it.

Here is another shot of it that shows the breast a little more and how white compared to the usual. Also look at how pale the eye is, not the yellow you usually see.

Well I never saw on so white and pale before. That is why the three of us weren't quite sure.
