Black-and-white statue

I took this in Downtown Muskegon, MI with my phone. There is snow on the ground. How does it look?

Snow looks dark and dirty. You have a lot of background clutter but the lighting on the statue is pretty much spot on. I am bothered by the out of focus are at the upper middle of the statue.

Open the foreground some and clone out the poles in the bkgrnd

Sorry, but I looked at this several times and couldn't come up with any suggestions to make it interesting.
