Black headed gull

Went looking for the Blue tit family I posted recently, but they have left the nest, so I decided to practice panning @500-600mmm. It is tough. I used setting 2 on the VR (for panning) and think I got a few more keepers. I usually pan with a SS >1000 for BIF so my VR is is normally switched off.

I liked these few, with the reflections (not really panning, but I liked them none the less).
