Hmm.. could have maybe used a tad more Depth of field on the first picture; but I really like the second one!

Thanks. I was debating on the DOF at the time of the shots and took quite a few shots with different DOFs. #1 was the sharpest with most of the eyes in focus out of the batch, so it got posted

Yeah, sometimes when you look back at your photos you have to pick and choose between elements you like from each one! Just remember what you liked next time and try to incorporate those specific elements (the sharp eyes vs the DoF) and have more of them involved!
