blue flare

Went out shooting tonight and in some of my shots I have a blue flare from the lights (as seen in the picture) how would you go about fixing this...if it's possible.

Not much you can do about it; you can try to clone out the worst of it, but things like that are a fact of life for night shots, especially with kit lenses.

Yea, I tried cloning it out but it look too unnatural

Did you have any filters on the lens, and if so what kind?

No filters. I take off my UV Filter for night shots, already had bad experience with the filters and night shots. I tried cloning and patching it out and I am kind of satisfied. HEre's what I came up with:

The tree looks weird in full size but I can live with that.
