Blue Lights?

Took a few shots of a police car this morning and got home and looked at them on the computer and NO BLUE LIGHTS. What can I do to fix this Thanks.

The blue lights were off when your shutter was open

If you happened to take the photo while the lights were just off, there is nothing that can be done in post: you simply didn't photograph them while being on.

If you mean they came out WHITE instead of blue, as they were overexposed, I doubt anything can be done, other than things that will make the lights look very artificial (such as colouring the white).
