Sorry, I know they kinda look the same but I had to go back and try those same shots with a tripod and ISO 100. So much less noise with these and there a couple different pics included.

Thanks guys! @Jeff G, When I saw that airplane I was tickled cause I knew it would add a little interest. I may take you up on the motto but I may put a slight twist on it.
@Dean_Gretsch, it is a very good place and that's not the only marina right there. If I drive a little further there are bigger, nicer ones in St. Pete and Clearwater that I want to sick my camera on, lol!

If you shoot on a steady tripod at ISO 100 on RAW, dont be afraid to increase the shadows a tad, just so we can see the scene a little better.

Actually, I did increase that so people could see everything a little better but if I took it too far then the people that like their pictures more on the natural side (night being dark) would say I overbaked it. You see the constant dilemma.
Here's the original. There is a substantial difference and enough to allow things to be seen while maintaining the 'night' theme.

Cool set. I like the creative possibilities at night with long exposure. Would be neat to capture light trails of a boat moving through. I think you should climb on a few of those boats and take some shots...
