I talked to this man when I came upon him caulking his boat. Actually I talked to him through our guide.

This is his helper. They mix some sort of gum caulk with diesel fuel to get it soft and pound it into place and it hardens.

Going on a WestPac cruise when I was 17 really opened my eyes, the man in first shot (not the setting) reminds me of people in Banaue.
