Cmposition is off-balance, and the huge watermark really hurts. Still, a good concept for a photo, and worthy of being made into a picture.

I agree with Derrel. The boat is too close to the left side of the image. The colours could also use a boost in contrast.

I am not sure why you are using such a large watermark. If you think this will stop people "stealing" your images, then you are mistaken. While I don't do that sort of thing, I could remove the watermark in less than a minute in Photoshop. Also, as Derrel says, such a huge watermark detracts from the image. If you insist on watermarking an image, then put it in on of the lower corners and make it no more than 2 to 3mm high.
