Body and Lens Catalog-style shoot C&C

I shot and compositied this yesterday after getting the random idea to do so. I used my great little home made DIY foam core box and some cheap home depot clip lights (see here). All the reflections are faked, but I was curious if any of the other photoshop gurus out there could advise on a better way to fake the lens reflections. Even with some tweaking, they just look..... off. Or at least not nearly as good as the body reflections.

i assume you used photoshop? when cutting out the 7d(still assuming you did it this way), i would feather the edge by two pixels. the line between the two just seems too sharp to me.

Other than that, good job and neat idea.

The reflections' opacity is still a bit too high. Still "not half bad!".

Did you try this with the cameras on the right hand side of the frame and facing "in" toward the middle of the frame?

^I tried a couple different layouts and for some reason that one just stuck with me. It had this kind of weighted ballance to it, even though its not perfectly symetrical.

This was another layout I liked a lot (which has the cameras on the other side). And after looking back at it and fixing the bottom line of the cameras, I think I like it a lot more:

Is it just me, or do the 3 lenses on the right look just a little soft? Well, the text on them anyway.

Could be the resizing, I just did Save For Web & Devices out of PS. They're pretty sharp at full res:
