Wayyyyyyy too busy IMO. I think this might work in colour, but as-is, the clothing is completely overpowered by the set. Is the hat part of the line, and if so, why is it cropped?

Perhaps moving her far from the background would have helped. THe 'grafitti' takes over and she gets lost in it.

Yea its active, but i think of it more as attitude, but as a shirt ad, yea it should be more focused there.
