This is a fine first shoot. You got nothing worth keeping from it, that I can see, but you DID get your sisters more comfortable in front of the camera, you more comfortable behind it. That's a big big step, and not to be discounted.
Go have them study some pictures of naked girls on the internet, learn what poses they think are sexy.
You think about two things: lighting and how you're gonna make it work, backgrounds and props. Look at the whole frame in there photos, I bet you decide you don't much like the couch, the chair, or the purple sleeping bag/comforter thing. At least not all together.
You're probably going to want to do at least two more shoots - the first one to apply what you learn between now and then, and the second one to fix the mistakes in that one (posing sexy is hard and surprisingly un-sexy, for one thing).
You might want to go b&w if you can't get better props. It fixes a host of problems with clashing colors
