Bouquet of Bluets

Although not a big fan of selective coloring, I did this for a challenge on another forum. These flowers are only about 1/2 inch across. Let me know what you think. EXIF embedded.

I like it a lot. I really like those little flowers. They are covering my yard right now. I just always imagined them too small to really capture. You did a nice job.

Shot with a Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro, on a tripod, with MT-24EX Macro Twin Lite both heads 1/2 power.

Yeah I think the selective color works, I think I would also like to se the original and maybe all the flowers in color and the rest b/w. Well done!

Here is the full color shot. Not as good. The red flash in the lower left corner is the bread twist tie that I used to bunch them together. Now you know one of my secrets.

I don't have a shot with just the flowers in color.

I'm thinking about setting up the shot again and doing a stack job on it to get all the flowers in focus. May do that this afternoon.
