Bridge for C&C Please

Dan I like it. Its colder than all get out here, you are a trooper!

Thanks!

This particular spot was in a wooded area that was covered with snow. My feet were frozen. It was pretty cold!

Where is there a "wooded area" on that side of the GW Bridge?

I love the shot, and a little cropping would not hurt this image. People should realize that moving around such a structure in NYC is not always going to be available. the sunset just behind the bridge works very well.

Did you shoot by bracketing at all?

This is actually a sunrise and i'm standing on the Fort Lee side of the bridge.

The wooded area is actually a series of hiking trails of different distances from half a mile to about 2 miles. If you're standing at the entrance of the bridge, there are stairs on the left that lead to the trails. This is how i got up there.

No bracketing. Single exposure. I use ND Grad filters to get a more even exposure.
