I like this, what do you think?

I think it's well done in terms of focus, DOF, lighting but I'd like to see better composition. Too bad you didn't catch a bee landing.

Well, it's sharp and it has good lighting and colors, but the composition is just too, boring. And on the right border there is a little smidgeon of flower poking in which is sort of distracting. It's not a bad picture, it's just another picture of a flower, doesn't do it for me. Sorry.

Hiya Noel, welcome to ThePhotoForum!

Your question as well as the comments given suggest this entire thread is better hosted by one of our galleries and I shall therefore move it to the Landscape and Nature Gallery.

Original posters and reply posters alike should always make themselves familiar again with the special purpose of the Photo Critique Section which is stated above and which I will repeat again here:
Photo Critique Distinctly different from the other sections on this Forum! This gallery exists to perform a specific function. Designed specifically towards photographic growth, this is a venue for people who seek help or advice with a specific image. Technical problem? Concerns with composition? Post your image here, with equipment details!

Our galleries are for "What do you think"-questions and "Great shot"- comments.
