Brimketill a lavarock formation on the coast near Staðarberg, west of Grindavík, one of Reykjanes region's most popular natural attractions. Shaped like a pool, it is formed by the endless surf breaking on the
lava rock coast. Once it was regularly occupied by a woman-troll named Oddný and was called Oddnýjarlaug (The Pool of Oddný).
