Broken Camera I think...

Hello Everyone, new to the forum I have a question. Im not sure what happen to my camera all of the sudden the pictures were not coming out on the screen, well they were but it was just lines colorful lines no picture. I change lens but it was still coming out the same thing. What can be wrong with it?

Did you dropped it ? It would be better if you mention the model and make of the camera.

I haven't drop it. Is a Nikon D50, I clean the lens. Im afraid that something got in the sensor or something. I can see the picture in the screen and it looks like a film picture that you open the film before developing.
