Built in sensor cleaning, how often?

I have an Samsung NX30 , I can set the sensor cleaning to clean`s twice when it`s turned on and turned off , or only when it`s turned on, or only when it is turned off

If i have it set to clean when the camera is first turned on, i have to wait a second or two before the camera is ready to shoot, so maybe that could be a problem if i am in hurry to shoot, so maybe only have it clean when the camera is turned off.

I only have one lens at the moment so i should not have much of a problem with dust on the sensor, and i have never manually cleaned a sensor before.

So do you use auto sensor cleaning and how often?

Every time it's turned on or off. When I take the camera out of my camera bag it gets turned on and doesn't get turned off again until it goes back in.
