Buying a house

I'd been thinking a lot over the summer that it was time to move up from the 1 BR condo and last week I decided I am ready, put the condo on the market, and I am now officially looking for a cute little house, preferably with a basement, so I can one day build meself a darkroom. I'm excited.

Anyone else purchased recently?

well I wouldn’t know if you would consider this recently, my husband and I just purchased a house a year ago. best thing we ever did, its nice to know that the payments your making are going toward owning it. Plus if the value goes up thats always a good bonus as well.
