C & C Bass Guitar

I like the carpet. The reflection of your camera and the reflection on the top/left side of it slightly bother me though... I think it *might* have been neat if in the reflection there was something instrument related... Like an amp, drum set, or something along those lines.
great Idea. Now if I can just get an Ampeg SVT into the bed room lol
Oh yeah I know ass guitars can have more then 4 strings, just saying that yours isn't missing strings. I can't wait to see the re-shoot! Really looking forward to it. I do also think the advice to enhance the lines and reflections is really going to add a lot to this photo. But I think the composition should stay the same!

There are ass guitars?

it's missing two strings.

it would look (and sound) much better with two additional strings :D

Are you being funny? Bass guitars have 4 strings....

i was kidding with him.. i play electric guitar. we have 6 strings :) because 6 is always better than 4.

i tease the kid too. in regards to my superior musicianship because i had to learn 6 strings and she only had to learn 4.

of course, her rebuttle is that she doesn't need frets. :)

I actually have a 5 string bass that I play all the time but, the P bass is such a classic and represents the 1st electric bass Leo Fender made. I also use to have a 6 string bass like was mentioned. I had 2 good days with it, the day I bought it and the day I sold it. lol

wow. seriously?

i've never seen a 5 or 6 string before!! never knew they existed.

sorry, when i posted i said it would look (and sound) better with two more strings.

referencing that if it were a guitar, and not a bass, it would look and sound better.

only a joke ;)

Since you're cloning anyway, get rid of the seam in the carpet camera left, and some of the distracting reflections on the guitar body:

I think the seam in the carpet is better. It gives the photo that "in the basement" or "on some crappy bar stage" look which is the exact place you'd find a bass guitar.

Maybe I should add a few beer and blood stains. LOL :)

Yeah. Why does everything have to be so clean cut? The seam looked better and more realstic. Life does NOT have a backdrop people!
