That's what I was getting at with saying try a slightly faster shutter speed. You want the absolute minimum you can get by with and still create motion blur. Otherwise your subjects movement itself will cause 'interior' motion blur.Looking at the back of the bike in close up, I see that it's sharp making me think that my panning motion was actually quite smooth. My guess is that the biker steered slightly as I took the photo causing the blur in the front. Does that make sense?![]()
