C&C per req:

1. Can't say that this really does a lot for me; the hair over her left eye, cluttered background, cropped shoulder, etc. I have the feeling there was a good shot here, but it didn't quite get captured.

2. Much nicer! Well lit, playful, nice composition.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.
