C&C please!

Ok I have kind of a different C&C request. I would like some input on my Flickr--if you could pick maybe 2-5 pictures from each set that you think are the best and let me know which ones and why (just tell me the title, I can find them), and then on the other side, about 2-5 that need work and why, or things I could do to salvage them, etc. I'm trying to build a better portfolio, and I want only the best of what I'm doing there. Any overall advice would be appreciated as well. I realize I'm a novice, and yes, it has been pointed out that watermarking my work is stupid.
