In #3... What's the "thing" growing out of her head? I'd edit that out... and maybe the garbage pail (or whatever that is) in the background.

she is kind of pink in the 3rd one...

your colors are off.(skin). check your WB.. i like #2 :)

EWW. pp..... I don't see garbage but a distracting background..

#1 - not my style of photography, it comes off as fake. For me, a shot is either a more candid style image or a straight in your face fashion shot that is totally posed and looks like the model broke a few bones to get into the position. The shot unfortunately comes off kind of snapshot-ish. I dont like the empty space over their heads. The only thing it does is adds alot of background detail / clutter that takes away from the subject. I dont like the woman on the left's leg half bent like that, makes it look like she has to pee.

Maybe shoot in landscape orientation and cut higher up (ie not full body) and get their faces and arms as the main subject of the image, playing with the arm placement to make for an interesting image

#2 - better than 1 as you can see what the main subject is, however, for this one, I would of shot portrait and not landscape. Again you have empty space on either side of the image. The background you chose is pretty distracting. It's an interesting element, but having her so close (and thus the rock is sharp) is also distracting, with all the lines, leaves, colours and so on.

Did you do any post processing to fix up exposure issues? Or did you use a flash straight on? The arm placement is another "not really, posed, kinda, just do something to be interesting look". It might be the mix of her smile and the arm placement

I can see you are trying to use a flash. The thing that sticks out is her shadow. Look at getting that flash off camera and work with it to adjust the right power and angle to minimize / remove that shadow

#3 - much better composition than in the first two. She is kind of pink/red, check the skin tones. I like the idea of the leading line of the porch, although not sure I like how much porch is in there. The red sign and the chairs are distracting. I know, you can't remove them, but you can shoot to minimize them. A really nice head and shoulder shot being slightly to the left might work well.

i agree the first looks forced and it looks light decent light try turning off the flash

I have circled in red the neutral, light gray spot I used to set the WB using the WB tool in ACR. I found a 3x3 pixel sample in that light spot that was 167 in the red channel, 167 in the green channel, and 167 in the blue channel. Anytime all 3 color channels have the same value, they are rendering a shade of neutral gray.

You might want to also get your monitor calibrated to ensure you are seeing true colours.
