Super cold and blue is not what I am looking for. The reason I fnd this pic interesting is the lighting. Only chemical plant has it. You can see it at any other cityscape.

Anything I can work on the exposure to bring out the detail.

There are limits to the editing that can be done to a little online JPEG that was made with the wrong white balance in the camera to start with.

I recommend you re-shoot the scene.

Yes, I will reshoot it with WB at Na-vapor lamp. For exposure setting, is there anything I need to change?
