Well I have been lurking for awhile even after becoming a member here and haven't really posted much of anything. I guess its time i get a bit more active and was hoping to get some feedback on photo. Im not too happy about the raccoon eye on the right and only having one catch light as well.

The 2 bright, round background element right under his chin are taking attention away from his face.

Some fill light, from a reflector or a light would have added definition and catch light to his camera right eye. However you could dodge (lighten) that part of the photo with image editing software, You could even clone the catchlight in the camera left eye and move it to the right eye.

For future work, consider a reflector, even a simple piece of white posterboard will work well.
