What would you do to edit this photo in any way? Any advice always appreciated!

I think brighten up her face a little more...Thats about it looks good!

White balance to start with. She looks like she's related to Marvin the Martian.

Maybe brighten it up some. Lose the blue flare in her hair. Crop the background out. Draw a mustache on her.

Adjust the WB and brighten her face darken the back ground.

I'd try and tone down the very distracting bright spots in the background too.
I'd venture the guess that evaluative metering was used to expose the shot.

Actually the background adds nothing, zippo, to the image of the girl. The photo should have been made using the camera in the portrait orientation rather than the horizontal orientation.

I took it as the people in the background were the reason the girl was making the face she was making...
