In the message reply box: Do you see the smiley face? Well the third item over is the tool you use to insert an image. On your Flickr, copy the image location then hit that little tool and a dialog will pop up asking you to insert your image's URL. Past it in there and hit ok.
Thats all there is to it.

To get your URL, right click on the image and select "Copy Image Location" Then paste it in those IMG tags I posted above.
