Took this at the Tour of Utah and I really like it...any suggestions for improvement?

Is this a competitive leaning-on-a-counter contest?

OK, I get that this is some sort of a bike competition but there does need some sort of hint besides your title, perhaps just the tops of the the handlebars.
Second, I would make the closest rider, clearly the subject, a bit brighter and more contrasty to make him stand out from the rest a bit and focus the interest on him.

All in all. imo, pretty nice shot with good potential.

I agree. The first thing I saw was the guy drinking water behind the scene. I would like to see him out the picture totally. Is there anything at the bottom of the photo you can add or is this it?
