Interesting place. In the second photo I think you wanted to include too much at once. You should really get an ultrawide.
Same story with the sky like before. What developing system do you have ? Maybe is time to try stand or at least semistand. That might add some "meat" to your highlights.

I like the third shot best,have you tried using Rodinal with Tri-x i just developed some 26 years out of date Tri-x and it looks great
