Camcorder/Camera 600$, Close range filming, 1080p HD

Hi guys,

I need your help and expertise here in order to decide what to buy.

I am in need of a Camera/Camcorder which can record videos with great focus at short distances (5-30 cm). It does need to have the ability to take still pictures.

The quality should be as good as possible in those ranges, because I do not need anything else.

The camera/camcorder is to be used to filming intricate hand work on youtube, which is why I need good focus in order to sharply see what is going on. I will be using a tripod/stand to make sure the picture is still and clear. What is going on in the background is not interesting because I will make it against a white background, so it doesnt matter if the background is in focus or not.

Any advice is considered good advice, and any help!
