Camera Bags?

I have a Nikon D80 and I need a good bag. This fall I will be heading over to Greece and I need a bag that I can carry my camera and possibly a jacket and other necessities. I have been looking at Tamrac's Adventure Backpacks, but don't know which one is suitable for a d80 with out a grip and suitable for city walking as well as hiking. Any advice any body?

I use a Tamrac Expedition 4. It's pretty tight if you use 2.8's, but if not, than it's super.
