Camera Control Pro 2

Has anyone used Camera Control Pro 2 to shoot tethered? If so, what are the good and bad?

I used the original Camera Control Pro and it worked wonderfully, I can't imagine CC2 being any worse. I didn't do too much with it, one day I just used a laptop for mass storage of files for a timelapse, and another time shot about 100 RAWs each time applying custom settings from CaptureNX as they were downloaded.

Then I bailed on Nikon software all together and haven't found a need to shoot thethered since.

thnaks for the reply... I like the idea of being able to see my shots right away. Is this the only way to do it? Do you need captureNX as well as the CC2?

As far as I know, no you don't, but I am no expert in this. I think you need captureNX if you want to apply settings to RAW files automatically as they come in, but that's about it.
