Camera Equipment Rental Experiences

Hello, I am looking at renting lens for some Astrophotography, before I decide to purchase a wide angle lens. There appears to be multiple companies online to rent from (no retail rents were I live), and I was wondering if there were any preferences for a specific company online to rent from. I would prefer not to relive someone else's nightmare. I have looked at Borrowlenses, Lensprotogo, Lumoid, Lensrentals. They all seem to have similar lenses and costs, so it seems to be a toss up. That is why I was looking for any suggestions in helping me choose. Thanks

I've used LensRental quite a few times with no problems. And when I did need help they were very understanding and helpful

My only complaint or warning (nothing against LensRental) is that FedEx has been a real pain with "we'll be there sometime tomorrow". Point is online rental companies need to start comping an additional pre day to the order - don't order with a Wednesday delivery if you're shoot is scheduled for Thursday.

I recommend Borrowlenses. I know quite a few photographers that have used them and say they are awesome. I haven't used the service myself so I can't tell you my personal experiences.
