Camera for the wife.

I am trying to find a camera for my wife. She wants one that has the interchangeable lenses, but can fit in a pocket with the lens off. Who has a good one that they know of?

I haven't tried many mirror less systems, but I am a HUGE fan of the sony nex system. I wouldn't trade mine for the world.
