Camera here tomorrow, im stoked!!!!!

So i should be recieving my camera tomorrow and am super stoked about it!!! Now, I am wondering what would be some good ideas to start shooting and learning the camera hands on. Places to go or other ideas for a person starting out wanting to learn but have fun also.

Just anywhere, man. You want to get used to holding it and working the controls, so shoot like a crazy man. After you've photographed everything in the house, go outside and shoot everything out there. Don't expect much from your first shots, be thankful that they are in focus with a good exposure.
