Can someone convert a photo to 200dpi 10" Long side for me?

I have a photo I just emailed the local newspaper and they are asking for it in 200dpi 10" longside. Can someone send me a Private Message with there email addrress so I can send the photo over to get to size?

The photo is in .raw format

 

You have no software to do this yourself? What are you working with?

 

Sitting at work I only have Picassa here, I have Photoshop at home but am a total newbie

So I figure it out, or so I hope.. They said to take the long side and x it by the DPI.

Gave me 1600 pixels I emailed and they seemed to think thats what they were looking for. Hope I did this right..

 

Uh oh. DPI is just how many pixels are rendered in a one square inch space on your image. You would be BETTER served to simply give it to the poster above and allow them to dial in 200 in Photoshop and resize the image to 10inches than making the calculation you just did.
