Dao is right. It is a digital photo. Except the game was to name what it is a photo of. A spring or slinky is kind of on the right track. Closer than the other guesses so far.

My guess would be one of those helix shaped wind spinner things. I don't know the proper term for them, but they're often found as decorations outside of a home. Other than that, I have no idea.
