can you make someone look less fat?

I just used that title to get your attention but I shot an MMA fight last night and I took a couple shots of the ring girls holding the cards and one looks pudgy in the pic but not in real life and it happened in every pic is there anyway to tighten her up in elements 11?

got it figured out, alot easier then I thought. Made her boobs bigger too.. she was thrilled.
