Canon 350D battery grip

There are a couple on hte market ....

the BG-E3 appears to be out of stock EVERYWHERE on the net ....

Alternatives are:

Does anyone have either of these grips or has used them.

What I need is:
a) more power.
b) Bigger grip as I have always found the 350D too small really (compared to a EOS 10)
c) the Two Li-Ion batteries.
d) the Option to use the 6 AA batteries.

Please help .. alternativly anyone know where I can get a new BG-E3 for £75 mark.
