canon 5d mk 4 file transfer

Having just got the five d mk 4 today i found that i has saved the images to the cf card and not the sd card. My cf card reader is old v old usb mk 1 and the tranfer rate was ...... well wake me up next week.
I thought I would try tethering the camera, something I like to do as have had problems in the past...... like wow
whoosh all the images transfered
