Canon EF 28mm F/2.8

Hi guys and gals,

i've been looking at gettting this lens anyone know if its any good ? i've heard its really sharp but is it good?

I just picked up a Sigma 30mm 1.4, probably a liitle cheaper than the canon and so far I really like it. Takes very sharp pics that rivals my 50mm 1.8 canon. Just my 2 cents

What do you mean by "good", isn't "sharpness" part of it being "good"?

ok, anyway, I have used this lens for a couple of years and really enjoyed it. Chromatic aberration was not too bad, it was sharp enough for me and it feels a lot like the 50mm f/1.4. It is a nice wide angle on full frame, but I sold it since I needed it wider usually.
