Canon lens

Hello I have a Nikon D50 and was looking to buy a lens and I am wondering if some Canon lenses would fit on my camera. I looked online for help but could only find topics about tilting lenses or something that I wouldn't use.

The Canon lenses have different mounts than the Nikon lenses, so they will not fit.

I heard they have adapters but what lens would you want? They probably have a Nikkor equivalent.

here would be my reccomendation set the nikon down and go buy a canon...i hear that the canon lenses fit those kind of cameras....and that they are awesome ....hmmm i shoot with a kodak by the way ok im lying
