Canon PowerShot A2200 or fuji s2960

my friends is selling me his used fuji s2690 for 115$

or for the same price I can buy Canon a2200 for 115$ too

maybe the prices is kinda higher than anywhere else, but It is just like this here in Egypt

I like the fuji zoom so much and I think it has better quality, but the canon, well IDK but as long as it is new and there is no worries about any problems I don't care if is it canon or anything at the same price. It just an example for a new camera at the same price. those are the only cameras at the same price 105-115$

I like the camera which will let me shoot fast objects while it is moving and there is no blur. I wanna to take some photos for my cat , places where I go with my bike & some pictures for me and maybe I will like photography later, I am not sure.
