Can't decide between these 2 cameras!

Hi all! New to the forum here.

Have been doing a great deal of reading on Point and Shoots.

I currently own a Nikon D70 which is just too much camera for me! I just do not have the time to devote to learning all the intricacies of SLR photography.

So I am selling the D70 and buying a point and shoot! Also something the fiancee can use easily.

Basically I have a $500 camera budget and with add-ons I can go up to $750.

I have narrowed it down to 2 cameras (I think!)

Canon Powershot S3 IS

OR

Sony Cybershot DSC H5

Any advice would be appreciated!

I havent yet gone to the store to hold either camera so that is still to come. But I have done a great deal of reading on these 2.
