Photos NOT OK to edit
I currently own the 24-105 f4L, the nifty fifty, and the 135mm f2L. I really can't decide between the Sigma 35mm 1.4, Canon 85mm 1.8 or the 70-200mm f4. At this point, I feel that all of them would be useful in some way! I really like the idea of having the 85/135 set up for weddings, but at the same time I love the look of the Sigma. Help!

Your intended use for the lens for will tell you which one. If you do not have an intended use but just want to buy more kit to spoil yourself you will be better off not buying any lens. Money does not wear out - keep it until you have a need.

Well the 70-200 doubles over with the 24-105 in a small bit of the range, but at least the 135-200 is new for you, 35, 85 is already covered.

Honestly I'd spend nothing until one of them or something different even comes to the forefront of want/need

Have you rented these lenses? I can say that the sigma 35 Art is an incredible incredible lens, and I absolutely love it. Very unique drawing of images, for sure.

Rent the one you think you'd like the most, and then see if you REALLY like it.

I can tell you that I have a 35mm 1.8, sigma 17-50mm 2.8, and a 55-300mm f4.5 and have not mastered one of them but my focal range is covered other than wildlife. You have a 50mm and a 105mm prime so your portraits and street are covered. Your 70-200mm covers your landscapes, and the 24-105 covers walk around. What else do you need? A birding/wildlife one? An indoor sports fast zoom like a 70-200 2.8?

I would invest money in a flash or lighting.

In primes, 35mm and 85mm are both SUPER useful in many, many social photography settings. I dunno...I honestly think that for many uses, a regular garden-variety 35mm f/2 prime is the best "value". NO, it's not a Canon 35mm f /1.4-L nor the new Mark-II version of that esteemed lens, nor is it the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 ART...but just a regular, decent,SMALL, unobtrusive 35mm lens. I've owners 2 35/1.4's, and three 35/2's, and one 35/2.8 (all Nikons) over thew past 35 years...of different vintages...late 1960's, mid 1970's, 1980's, 2000's...I have narrowed it down to a 35/2 manual focus with floating element for landscape closeups and a garden-variety 35/2 autofocusing lens... for me the answer is buy the Canon EF 35/2 AND the Canon 85/1.8 EF.

Save money by getting the 35/2, and thus afford the 85/1.8 EF for a reasonable sum, and thus have a really handy 3-prime kit of 35/85/135.

I look at the SMALLER-sized primes as being the better bets for close-range work on people...I do not think that honking, big lenses help people work...I think the smaller, slower aperture, more consumer-ish looking lenses make people feel less invaded upon. Have you seen the SIZE of the Sigma 35 ART? For pointing at people from 7 to 15 feet, that's a bigger lens than I think is helpful on regular people. I feel the same, exact way about 24-70/2.8 and 24-105-L...

I agree, until you know what focal length is required hold off buying any new lens
but lighting is important for weddings!
