Can't get the head off of my tripod :(

I have a set of used Bogen 3211 legs that came with a 3025 head. I now have a 3055 ball head I want to put on my legs but I'm stumped.
Can anyone provide suggestions or input?

Never mind. Silly me. It has set screws underneath.

I did something similar when I was changing out heads too. I forgot to lock down the head so it would srop rotating. I walked away, got an adult beverage, came back and had an Oprah "Ahh Ha" moment.
