I disagree. I've used NX2 for years and have found it to be an excellent editor, however I've never tried to use it on a Mac of any type. I have Lightroom here somewhere but I can't stand it so it isn't even installed on this computer. I also have Photoshop CS6, DxO Optics Pro 9, Paintshop Pro X4, and Corel Aftershot. I occasionally use DxO for distortion correction and Paintshop Pro for watermarking but 90% of my editing is done with NX2.You are better off using Lightroom. NX has always been a clunky application with a very strange UI. It's only had one significant upgrade since it was first released, and while it does a good job, in comparison to Lightroom, it's very limited.
