Car charger/Adapter?

I'm going to be living out of a van for the month of June and I either need to find some kind of adapter so I can charge my D40x battery from the cigarette lighter in the dash or buy a couple batteries and charge them when I can in public places. Any suggestions? Could I pick up some kind of adapter from a Radioshack?

You could use an adaptor/converter that plugs into your 12 volt outlet has a regular 110 volt outlet for your charger.

thats what I have...and I have a car charger that is just like a phone one just for a battery.

You can buy something like this http://www.target.com/Car-Power-Inv...=UTF8&index=target&rh=k:power inverter&page=1 a power inverter. I used one of these on a recent long drive and it worked great powering my laptop. I imagine it would work just as well for your camera charger.
