I found this house close to the town of Cartwright in southern Manitoba, somewhere near the Canada/U.S. border.

The effect of having the tree in the foreground dwarfs the house to a point of miniature/toy perspective - an effect not easy to pull off! I really like it Federico, even the branches overlapping onto the house. :thumbup:

Great shot! You definitely are good at bringing a touch of the macabre to ordinary subjects. That shot would be a great lead in to a horror movie. Your conversion rocks!

Do me mean the old house off center? I think it is good the way it is... The tree makes a nice natural frame around it. Nice shot!

Thanks for the feedback. The thing here is that I wanted (a) the tree to frame the house, and (b) the front window aligned with the rear window so you could see the light through the house. So I didn't have too much room to move, both figuratively and literally: I was standing on the road, with ditches in front and behind me. This was the best option, and I'm very happy with it. I see where you're coming from, though.
